Acceptance of orders

Working with secure payment processors, we validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will acknowledge that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form.

Your order is then subject to further validation checks we may choose to make. If your order passes our validation checks we will send you an order confirmation email, this is our acceptance of your order and it brings into existence a legally binding agreement between you and Biola for the purchase of the products.

Biola reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will cancel the items we cannot supply and supply the others. We will charge you for what we supply.

How products may be packed

If your order contains more than one product, Biola will endeavour to pack the items in as few parcels as reasonably possible. The number of parcels will depend on a variety of factors including the size, shape and weight of the products. Packing items in more than one parcel may result in a delay in your order being ready for collection.

Payment

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.

All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We may submit your orders to DataCash Fraud Services who securely review orders on behalf of biola.ie to eliminate fraud and safeguard our customers’ transactions. Orders can only be delivered to Republic of Ireland addresses.

Colour reproduction

Biola Organics Ltd. has made every effort to reproduce colours on the Website as accurately as possible. However, different computers and mobile devices reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not guaranteed, this means that the colours of products may differ from what you see on the screen.

If you are not satisfied with the colour of the item you have ordered, we operate a returns policy (see Returns information).

Price Information

Biola has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time, so if you use your shopping list within ‘My account’ as a way of re-ordering items, prices on your previous order may no longer be valid. However, the correct prices will be applied when you select an item from the shopping list and add to your current basket. All prices include ROI VAT where applicable.

Returns

If you’re not 100% satisfied with what you have ordered online, please let us know by emailing us within 10 calendar days of receipt.

As for our beauty return policy please keep in mind that we are unable to process returns for opened and used beauty products. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received and the product(s) must be substantially unused.

If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused and you will have to bear postage costs.

We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or sent due to our error.

In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:
•    A copy of your delivery note or your order number
•    Reason for return

Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced.
For credit card refunds, please note we can only refund the total cost of goods. If there are shipping charges to be refunded we will offer you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement or refund via Stripe.

Returned items will be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the order. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and will be credited using the same method used to pay for the order, or through store credit in special circumstances.

We, at Biola Organics Ltd. believe in healthy beauty and skin care. During the manufacturing processes we endevour to provide our clients the best possible natural skin care products.
INSTEAD of harsh chemicals we add to our products:
  • High amount of agricultural ingredients originating from certified organic farming (each and every ingredient is marked on the product labels and/or packagin material;
  • Natural colouring additives only;
  • Discreet scent is achieved by using low amounts of natural essential oils or perfumes made out of them;
  • Emulsifiers/surfactants of natural origin;
  • Only preservatives permitted for organic cosmetic products are used in order to maintain the healthy microbiological condition.
  • Only glycerine of vegetable/herbal origin is used as a hydrating ingredient.
Below you will find a list of the strictly prohibited ingredients which are our products FREE from:
  • Petrochemical/mineral oil industrial ingredients (like paraffin oil, liquid paraffin, paraffin or even cera microcristallinum;
  • Sulfates (SLS and SLES);
  • Harsh chemicals like ethoxylated emulsifiers, propylene glycol or butylene glycol;
  • All sorts synthetic colouring additives;
  • Parabens;
  • Phtalate;
  • EDTA salts;
  • GMO (genetically modified organisms and its derivatives);
  • Synthetic sun blocking materials;
  • Aluminium salts are used (E.g. in deodorants);
  • BHT and BHA;
  • Animal testing;
  • Ingredients which are prone to comedo formation;
  • Radioactive/ionizing radiation is used for obtaining so called preservative free status.
The ingredients and agents used for each product line are carefully selected in order to avoid possible allergic reactions resulting from personal sensitivity.
However, it is advisable to check all products on the inner side of the wrist before use. Furthermore, the natural ingredients should be checked for any known sensitivities (e.g. beeswax, royal jelly, salicylic acid, sorbic acid).
All raw materials and agents used in the production are well known, properly tested and of high quality within the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry.
